**Fashion Index Sdn. Bhd.**, a trusted name in the health and beauty industry, is seeking a highly skilled **Marketing Manager** to drive our marketing strategies and lead our team to new heights. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, ensuring that our strategies are not only well-planned but also effectively executed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and lead the execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and drive brand growth.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of marketing professionals to achieve high performance and innovation.
- Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional platforms.
- Utilize insights to refine strategies, optimize campaigns, and make data-driven decisions.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives using various metrics and analytics tools.
- Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently to maximize impact and achieve marketing goals.
- Design and optimize customer journey maps to enhance user experience and drive conversions across different touchpoints.
- Ensure all marketing initiatives align with and reinforce the brand’s positioning and messaging.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing strategies align with sales objectives and support lead generation efforts.
- Monitor and respond to public relations issues and social media crises promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- At least **5 year(s)** of working experience in Sales & Marketing
- Proven experience in a marketing management role, with a strong track record of successful campaigns and team leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of market research, data analysis, and strategic planning.
- Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools, with familiarity in social media and digital advertising.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with a strong sense of commercial awareness.
- Experience with Facebook and TikTok advertising is advantageous.
