**ADMIN CUM ACCOUNT ASSISTANT**

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and office correspondence.
- Assist in preparing invoices, quotations, and purchase orders.
- Maintain and update accounting records and documents
- Manage petty cash, bank transactions, and simple bookkeeping tasks.
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments.
- Assist with payroll processing and HR-related tasks as needed
- Ensure all documents are organized and stored securely.
- Manage on stock in and out and manage arrangement with forwarding/ courier agent
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage.
- At least 1 -2 years of relevant experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and UBS basic accounting software is an advantage.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Responsible, trustworthy, and able to work independently.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
