**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in change management, preferably within the software industry.
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Pay: Up to RM11,000.00 per month
