**POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY**

Execute day-to-day procurement tasks, including RFQ processing, SAP transactions, and reporting support.

**ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS**

1. Purchasing Operations
- Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders.
- Liaise with vendors for quotations
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.

2. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze purchasing data, and spending trends.
- Prepare regular procurement reports (e.g., cost savings, purchase lead time, supplier scorecards).
- Support budgeting and forecasting through procurement data analysis.
- Create and maintain dashboards to visualize procurement performance and key metrics.
- Interpret complex data to generate actionable insights for management decision-making.
- Prepare and deliver clear, impactful presentations to internal stakeholders and management.

3. Compliance & Governance
- Ensure procurement practices comply with internal policies and relevant regulations.
- Support internal and external audit requirements.

4. Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process efficiency, and automation.
- Assist in implementing best practices in procurement and analysis functions.

5. Systems & Tools
- Use procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Procurehere, VMS) to manage purchasing and data analysis tasks
- Google Workspace & Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets & Google Slides

**Key Challenges**:

- Meeting tight RFQ and PO issuance deadlines.
- Maintaining accuracy and compliance in procurement processes.

**Skills**:

- Experience with SAP and RFQ management & system.
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to lead small teams or projects
- Skilled in data analysis and interpretation
- Proficient in creating dashboards for reporting and decision-making
- Competent in preparing and delivering impactful presentations
- Excellent in Google Workspace & Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Google Sheets ( For Analysis, Pivot, Formula), Slides (Presentation, dashboard)

**Education**:
**Internal**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
- 1-3 years experience in procurement or data analysis (fresh graduates may be considered).

**Relevant Industries**:

- Degree holder and minimum 1 year relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills.
- Knowledge of procurement systems and ERP tools is an advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
