Guest Service Representatives are hospitality specialists who typically work at hotels. Their primary responsibilities include providing front desk services to guests, processing guest payments and acting as an information source on various matters. The Guest Service Officer is responsible to assist with guest services in various areas of the hotel, such as reception, executive floor, communication center or concierge. You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Applications are only available for Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
- Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Presentable and prepared for interacting with guest.
- Need to have experience in Hotel industry
- Able to work in Shifts

**Salary**:
RM1,500 (Starting amount)

**Location**:
5-star Hotel, Teluk Cempedak, Kuantan

**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuantan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
