Baby Cakoi HQ is a newly established snack shop that bring joy and happiness of our customers. Baby Cakoi is known for its texture that is crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. Currently, we operate three branches in Senawang, Kuantan, and Melaka. We also providing catering services for any events and occasions. In addition, we offer licensing packages and have established more than eight stall outlets in Sungai Udang, Jasin, Beranang, Dungun, Kuala Terengganu, Ayer Molek, Kelantan, and Johor.

**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**: Create a welcoming and friendly environment for our customers. Greet and assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering any inquiries. Ensure prompt and efficient service, consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences.

**Food Preparation**: Prepare main ingredients to make cakoi and dip sauce, following SOP and maintaining high-quality standards. This includes handling ingredients and ensuring proper presentation for maximum visual appeal.

**Cashiering and Order Management**: Operate the cash register, accurately process transactions, and handle cash in accordance with company policies. Efficiently manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of snacks.

**Maintaining Cleanliness**: Maintain a clean and organized snack shop, including workstations, display areas, and dining areas. Follow proper food handling and safety protocols to ensure a hygienic environment.

**Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with other Kiosk Crew Members and support team members to ensure smooth operations. Assist in restocking inventory, monitoring supplies, and contributing to a positive team atmosphere.

**Promoting Upselling Opportunities**: Actively engage with customers to highlight additional snack options, promotions, and special offers. Upsell and recommend add-ons to enhance customers' dessert experience.

- **Flexibility and adaptability**: Be open to learning new recipes, techniques, and menu items. Adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- STPM/Diploma/Certificate/Degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Must be able to work overtime/weekend/public holiday

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
