**JOB SUMMARY:

The Accounts Receivable Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing

customer accounts receivable, ensuring timely invoicing, accurate records, and

effective follow-up for payments. This role is key to maintaining healthy cash flow

and fostering strong customer relationships for our, B2C, B2B and online

operations.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

- Generate and issue invoices to term customers and online sales clients in a

timely manner.
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding

receivables.
- Perform regular reconciliations of customer accounts and resolve

discrepancies.

- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to resolve any billing issues or

customer disputes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date AR ledgers and customer records.
- Prepare regular reports on aging of receivables and escalate problematic

accounts.
- Assist with month-end closing and audits related to receivables.
- Support credit control processes and assess customer creditworthiness

where required.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the finance manager.

**EDUCATION REQUIREMENT**

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

**COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENT**

Microsoft Office

Experience with accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or other ERP

platforms).

**OTHER SKILSS REQUIREMENT**
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or general

accounting, preferably in retail or FMCG sectors.
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with reconciliations and financial

reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
