We are seeking a motivated **Sales Specialist** to join our team and help drive sales growth by generating quality B2B leads and converting them into loyal customers.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to potential clients to generate high-quality B2B leads.
- Identify client needs and tailor sales pitches to effectively address those needs.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless lead-to-sales conversion process.
- Utilize CRM software to manage and track leads, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate reporting.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through consistent follow-up and communication.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, lead generation, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, B2B lead generation, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Passion for sustainability and the e-waste industry is a plus.
