- At least 3 years’ experience in Halal food manufacturing Management
Responsibilities of the job:
- Setting up HALAL SOP and HALAL manual and review from time to time to ensure information up to date.
- Key personnel in Food Safety Team and Halal Committee and its initiatives;
- Establish Halal Assurance Systems (HAS) and Internal Halal Committee (IHC)
- To Lead in HALAL internal and external audit.
- Identify training needs, organise and conduct trainings to meet halal, quality and food safety standards;
- Manage complaints and non-conformance issues and implement corrective and/or preventive actions;
- Manage the Document Control System for all documents used within the organization for all Quality Management System (QMS), HAMS and FSMS; encourage usage and implementation of procedures.
- To ensure all products are obtained HALAL certification and within the validity period.
- Liaise with regulatory and certification bodies for all accreditations and compliance matters;
- Maintain knowledge and awareness of applicable food regulations, guidelines and standards for both domestic and export markets.
- Perform other functions and duties as and when assigned by higher authorities.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
