We are actively hiring for the role of "HR MANAGER" to join our Malaysia team. Looking for someone who could preferably join immediately or withing 2 weeks of time. Job Title: HR Manager Job Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia **Role**: We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to coordinate all HR and HR administrative duties within the company. This includes developing recruitment strategies, implementing systems for managing staff benefits, payroll and onboarding new employees. **Responsibilities**: - Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the HR strategies and initiatives that align with overall business strategy. - Provides support and guidance to management and staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise. - Manage the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants. - Collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings. - Analyze trends in compensation and benefits to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent. - Create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees. - Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance. - Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. **Experience and requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required. - Must have at least 5+ years of experience in HR related roles. - Must have a background in working within a start-up environment. - Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software - Experience working in startup companies. **Job Type**: Contract Contract length: 12 months **Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Health insurance Schedule: - Monday to Friday **Experience**: - Human Resources: 5 years (required)
