Admin Account Assistant

Handling general administrative duties such as filing and data entry in SQL accounting software.
Providing support in accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, payments, and record-keeping
Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
Performing ad-hoc tasks to support the broader team as required.
Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and comfortable with SQL accounting software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour.
Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work.
A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
