**The Opportunity**

Our partner, Australia's leading integrated workplace in health and wellbeing organization that provides premium end-to-end health solutions to support businesses and people in restoring their physical and mental health, is looking for a **Workplace Services Administrator** **for their growing team in the Philippines

The** Workplace Services Administrator **role is designed to provide support to the WHS, RTWC, and Organizational Psych Teams. The role has an internal focus on supporting all team members to ensure they can complete their roles effectively and provide quality service to clients. It is also an internal-facing component in providing a high level of customer experience through all interactions with our partner's group.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Administration of client management system - set up customer files, estimates, invoicing, data entry, and reporting.
- Administration of customer relationship management system (HubSpot) and workplace services proposals and leads.
- Support and complete administrative functions for PEFAs and Psychometrics for assigned employers.
- Vetting of reports for formatting and grammar punctuation.
- Checks team members' forwarding reports.
- Reports must be reviewed, and changes are made before submission - formatting and grammar checks.

**Skills, Experience & Qualifications**
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Data Entry and Customer Service functions or any related field
- Experience in Data Entry and Administration with excellent accuracy.
- Case Manager software and Microsoft Suite experience would be advantageous
- Experience within the Healthcare field would be advantageous
- Excellent Communication Skills - Written and Verbal
- Ability to show initiative, problem solve, and able to work with high volumes and fast-paced business
- Ability to work individually and within a team with strong attention to detail
- Can work with minimum supervision
- Enthusiastic & engaging with an excellent and respectful attitude
