**Nature of Business**: Established education publishing

**Location**: Bangi

**Working Days**: 5 days ( Mon-Fri, 9am - 6pm)

**Salary**: RM2,600 - RM3,000

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in marketing or education field.
- Willing to travel within Malaysia.
- Willing to work on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays if there necessary.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Baru Bangi.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative marketing approaches.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

**Responsibilities**:

- Executing the overall company’s marketing activities and events, which include exhibitions, book fairs, seminars, retail promotions, online promotions, etc.
- Preparing advertising and promotional materials for the sales team, retailers, etc.
- Establish and manage relations with the media, government, or non-government agencies.
- Assist in initiating partnerships with various entities to increase sales channels.
- Conceptualize and develop marketing materials such as POSM, press release, leaflet, and others;
- Manage day-to-day activities on social media platforms.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries;
- Other ad-hoc marketing assignments may be required from time to time.

**General working scope**:

- Assist in marketing plan development and strategy.
- Translate marketing strategy into tactical plans.
- Execution of tactical plans
- Planning and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns
- Working with an agency to prepare marketing and promotion materials
- Managing inventory and stock counting for A&P materials
- Assist in managing logistics related to a marketing event.
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties as required by the management team

**Managing Digital Marketing and Social Media**:

- Produce relevant postings and content for social media platforms.
- Managing the company's Facebook, Instagram, and other related social media platform: posting, responding to comments and queries, updating information, monitoring activities, etc.
- Conducting or moderating live and streaming sessions on social media platforms
- Preparing artwork for ad-hoc internal posting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
