Position Details
- Professional, Full Time (Contract)_

This role is responsible for overseeing the effective execution of the corporate safety plan and ensuring that the organization complies with all relevant laws and regulations.

**Key responsibilities**
- Supports the safety office in developing and implementing safety plans, procedures, and training.
- Conducts workplace inspections, hazard assessments (HIRARC, JSA), and monitors corrective actions.
- Provides safety oversight to contractors and vendors, manages first aid supplies, and ensures compliance with critical safety processes such as Permit to Work, heavy lifting, and confined space entry.
- Assists in evaluating contractor HSE performance and supports safety assurance activities at the campus and construction sites.
- Actively facilitates safety communication through briefings, awareness campaigns, toolbox talks, and the sharing of safety alerts to promote a strong safety culture.

**About you**
- A recognized degree or diploma, or higher qualification in the field of Health, Safety and Environment, or a related field.
- Preferably 1 - 2 years of working experience in a related field.
- Demonstrated good interpersonal and communication skills with people at all levels.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of ISO 45001 is an added advantage.
