**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Project Administrator and Project Manager in coordinating project tasks and office activities.
- Support client communication and progress reporting under supervision.
- Aid in procurement coordination and financial assistance tasks as directed.
- Assist in document control and equipment management under guidance.
- Contribute to material planning and inventory management efforts.
- Assist with logistics coordination and provide administrative support to the project team.

**Required Work Experience**:

- No prior work experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous internships or coursework related to project management, construction, or engineering are advantageous.

**Software Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proficiency in other software (e.g., SQL Accounting system, Inventoria, AutoCAD, etc.) is an advantage
- Basic understanding of project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, etc.) is a plus.

**Language Skills**:

- Fluency in Malay and English is required.
- Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese) is an advantage.

**Working Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges in the solar PV industry.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

**Education Requirements**:

- Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
- Coursework or specialization in project management, construction management, engineering, or related areas is beneficial but not required.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
