1.1 Operate the production line safely and efficiently as described in SOP and SOC.
1.2 Ensure the accuracy of equipment setup for product parameters and equipment parameters.
1.3 Line troubleshooting in a systematic approach to determine machine and process work as expected and explain to resolve the problem.
1.4 Provision of product at required roll per shift target.
1.5 Ensure maintenance is carried out promptly in the event of machine breakdown, which includes both minor repairs and light maintenance tasks. Conduct comprehensive overhaul procedures, as well as manual duties like packaging and loading.
1.6 To do line walk-through during shift handover.
1.7 Confirmation the right quantity of roll, resin, plan time, downtime, and packaging supplier after the production order is complete in SymPLE. Print the pallet id and paste it on a pallet. Follow any memo required to system SAP cut-off.
1.8 Adhere to the scrap instruction, ensuring that the scrap is sent to the Erema and Baler area.
1.9 To carry out activities such as packaging, core cutting, labeling, stretch wrapping, palletizing, and driving forklift.
1.10 Execute and maintain good housekeeping including line cleaning for machines, equipment rolls, workstations, roll dressing, area robot, palletizing, and vacanity production area.
1.11 Perform and assist in any duties (e.g. light maintenance, project,etc.) as requested by the Superior from time to time.
1.12 Follow and comply with BRC requirements and quality plan. Maintain the implementation of the quality system, positive release, and participate in the quality campaign and quality submission QBO.
1.13 In-line quality control, sorting product, doing a prompt rework of product, and replying to CAPA within the time frame set.
1.14 Report all the data recording and documentation properly - PT report, parameters, line checklist, QC testing, roll audit, start-up/shutdown checklist, and data requested by superior.

**Qualifications**:
1.1 Fresh Diploma holder preferably with a technical background or Certificate with experience in technical background.
1.2 Capable of working in varying shifts and a fast-paced setting.
1.3 Fit to operate ECLU
1.4 Proficient in using computers.
