IT Team Lead

**Primary Function**:
To lead and manage company’s current systems and design upgrades efficiently

**Job Objectives**:

- Hold full accountabilities for all aspects of information technology in the organization.
- Lead, design, development, and management of overall IT & MIS infrastructure.
- Responsible for envisioning and setting goals in the information technology department of a company and coordinates IT Team to achieve desirable goals and target.
- Organize regular seminars and trainings to teach team members new techniques and methods.
- Initiate & lead IT related continuous improvement project
- To serve as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
- Consult with managers to determine the IT system’s role within an organization.
- To support system upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned when required
- Prepare cost and benefits analysis to help management determine if IT systems and upgrades to existing computing infrastructure are financially worthwhile.
- Devise ways to introduce new functionality to current computer systems.
- Design and implement new systems by selecting and configuring software and hardware.
- Oversee the installation and configuring of new systems, customizing them for the organization.
- Conduct tests to make sure the systems are working as expected. Train the systems’ end users and write instructional manuals.
- Coordinate all activities between IT, staff and various internal departments and outside agencies as well as vendors.
- Ensure to integrate new as well as upcoming technology systems.
- Maintain & administer ERP system such as create new user, access right, customization, technical support, etc.
- Develop queries and lead interdepartmental teams for project-related activities inclusive of gathering user requirements.
- Oversee and coordinate all IT related activities between interdepartmental team and local or HQ IT service provider vendors in the Netherland - Aragorn.
- Provide technical supervision and consultation to users.
- Be available on call and full support when IT issues arises & **able to work in odd office hours when required**.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- MUST HAVE:_
- Proven experience using **Microsoft 365**:

- Proficiency in **Power BI, Power Automate, Power Query, Share Point**, forms, etc
- Knowledge in ERP system-ISAH is an added advantage.
- Advanced knowledge in both computer and software skills.
- GOOD TO HAVE:_
- **Minimum 5 years' progressive working experience in manufacturing industry**:

- Must possess at least a Diploma in IT/ Computer science / Management Information Systems
- Software development abilities preferred.
- Strong in technical writing, reporting, IT troubleshooting, interpersonal communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
- Ability to work independently and manage long-term projects.
- Good communication in English and Bahasa Melayu
