**Responsibilities**:

- To develop Lean Management culture at site by driving the execution of lean and continuous improvement projects.
- Strategic orientation of lean management
- Develop lean culture, as well as lean tools and methods
- Advising managers in the introduction process
- Develop processes and areas with foresight and proactively shape change
- Conducting and accompanying Kaizen workshops (moderation, training and coaching)
- Drive for Kaizen improvement
- Coaching and mentoring teams and managers in the implementation of lean principles
- Set Lean impulses and encourage managers to recognize and eliminate waste
- Creation of training plans and implementation of lean training for managers and employees
- Conduct regular reviews to check the progress of lean implementation and improve the approach
- Collaborate with the company's Lean community to share synergies and best practices

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree or above in Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering or related Engineering disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of proven implementation experience in lean implementation and process optimization
- Enthusiasm for Lean principles, continuous improvement and the pursuit of excellence
- Experience working with a wide range of employees, from operational to managerial, in all functions
- Strong communication and moderation skills
- Strong training and presentation skills to clearly convey Lean concepts
- Proactive and self-motivated way of working to advance projects independently
- Experienced use of various lean methods such as Kaizen workshops, 5S, value stream mapping, A3 problem solving, shop floor management
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
- Six Sigma experience in manufacturing would be an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Willing & prepared to travel as part of the training and personal exchange with the company-wide lean community

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
