**Job Summary**
Supervising and coordinating the activities of personnel engaged in food preparation.
- Preparation of hot and cold food for breakfast, a la carte lunch and dinner, snacks, buffet, etc.
- Decorates platters and ensure that food is presentable and appetizing.
- Coordinates mis-en-place productions.
- Pays attention to hygiene, sanitation and kitchen safety. Observes all legal requirements related to these.
- Works closely with the superior in portion control, standard recipes and food presentation.
- Suggests profit improvement.
- Inspects deliver of food items.
- Performs all other duties other than the above as requested by the Management

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
