After all, encounter with Soul Society it is ‘as good as a hug’." **Position Available**: Marketing Executive **Job Overview**: We are looking for a Marketing Executive who share a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do. This role will be the key person in assisting Marketing Manager on day-to-day Marketing operation and paperwork. - Develop marketing plans and formulate short and long term strategic marketing directions. - Plan and implement marketing strategies, promotion and events. Manage and enhance brand presence in the market. - Supervise and assist the process of completing regular marketing reports produced by Marketing department. - Responsible for the development of the new marketing report and supervise its implementation process. - Provide comparative analyses on a regular basis with regard to products, services and performances within competitive set. - Analyze customer’s buying pattern and reaction to specific product or promotion. - Prepare the geographic analysis reports for market review and development. - Prepare market measurement report on the effectiveness of distribution channel. - Interact with individuals or organizations in the business development. - Drive or participate in special project as directed by Marketing Manager or the Management. - Provide technical support or feedback to any assignment for improving service or process. - Assist Marketing Manager in developing and implementing marketing plans - Market analysis, research and development on Promotion / Event concept - Coordinate with writers and designer on copywriting, design, layout, paste-up, and production of promotional materials. - Prepares SPO, EO, Marketing Calendar, PandL, post event and marketing activity reports and update Superior - Documentation and Filing - Social Media monitoring and update - Sourcing of décor, furnishing, tableware uniforms, etc. - Understanding of Brand and outlet concept and execution of marketing activities - promo / events etc - Meticulous with correspondence (AandP collaterals and PR and Media) - Social media savvy. - Up to date with FandB trends - Effective communication with other department / 3rd party **Employment Benefits**: - Work with one of Malaysia's well-established Food and Beverage group - Opportunities for growth and personal development as we expand our business - Discounts on food and beverage - Medical Coverage/ Staff meal provided - Network with Well-known Brands - Employee Dividend Scheme **; Requirements: - Job Requirements**: - Minimum 1 years working experience in same field. - Able to speak and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is a plus point. - Able to use computer software such as: excel, word, power point. - Diploma or Bachelor degree level - Clear and Concise in communications. - Good written and verbal English communication skills. - Works well independently as well as in a team with sense of urgency, responsibility, result oriented and committed to meeting deadline
