**RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY**
- Checks discrepancies between structure and architecture drawings.
- Co-ordinate with site manger / Assistance Project Manger / subcontractor on structural and architectural matters.
- Liaises with Consultant Engineer/ Subcontractors/ Nominated Subcontract on technical matters.
- Attending site meeting and coordinating site activities.
- Ensure temporary reference points set out by license surveyor are available for checking.
- Monitor the service and maintenance of the machineries, equipments, tools and vehicles for site use.
- Implement the preventive maintenance programme to avoid machine breakdown.
- To undertake other related jobs from time to time as directed by the Senior Project Managers & Site Manager.
- Plan ahead on construction material order / hire of machinery.
- Checking and verifying the interim progress claim of main construction / sub contractor.
- Preparing the taking off quantity and confirming that quantity contract provided or tally with the provision quantity
- Preparing the Variation Order not capture in contract provision.
**EXPERIENCE / SKILL REQUIRED**
- At least 2-3 years working experience in similar position or related working experience.
- Good team player, Self-motivated, reliable, minimum supervision, good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of the site safety plan and the safety activities operation flow.
- Proficiency in English & Malay and Computer literate.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
