Ø To oversee the daily operations of the assigned area of responsibility.

Ø Ensure timely and efficient collection of building maintenance funds and other collectibles accordance to company kpi.

Ø To liaise with occupants on any queries/ complaints and to pursue satisfactory outcome in accordance to system work order and company kpi enforcement houserules.

Ø To provide occupants service support and ensure implementation of all policies and procedures established by the joint management body/mc/developer.

Ø Oversee building’s occupants and visitor safety, building maintenance, repair and upgrades, and comply with environmental, safety and health.

Ø Responsible for planning, execution and supervision of all facilities management of the high-rise building.

**Requirement/ Education**:
Ø Degree / diploma in survey / property management / real estate management / valuation property management or related field.

Ø At least 2 years relevant working experience.

Ø Good command of oral english and good written communication skills.

Ø Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure.

Ø A good team player, aggressive with positive attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
