**Job Title: Genesys Junior Developer (JavaScript / React JS)**

**Location: Kuala Lumpur**

**Job Type: Full-Time**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build responsive and user-friendly UI components for customer engagement platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend developers, QA, and product managers.
- Integrate front-end components with Genesys APIs and backend services.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in Genesys, JavaScript, and React development.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in front-end development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and basic understanding of React JS.
- Familiarity with RESTfuful APIs and asynchronous programming.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Exposure to Genesys Cloud CX or Genesys Engage platforms.
- Experience with Redux or other state management libraries.
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
