Planner

**JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

- **
- Establish, maintain & improve Engineering Maintenance Planning & Scheduling.
- Scope the full extent of Maintenance work needed to conduct the relevant Repair, Preventive Maintenance/Predictive Design - activities on the origination plant & equipment.
- Plan Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Yearly Plant Maintenance & Service major in Mechanical discipline.
- Plan for Scheduled Shutdown/Downtime includes Maintenance tasks, Manpower Planning/Material requires and Manhours booking into Production Plan.
- Prepare work packages for every Planned Maintenance activity inclusive of Repetitive Maintenance, Develop Cost & Time Estimation of Planned Maintenance work.
- Responsible for up-keep & accuracy of Equipment Maintenance History & Work Order records database using On-Key System.
- Convert the Organizational Assets Management & Maintenance Strategy into workplace equipment.
- Execute Root Cause Analysis with End Users to solve Troubleshooting/Breakdown issues.
- Raise Purchase/Material Requisition, liaise with Procurement Department & End Users. Supervise required material to assist with Maintenance activity.
- Plan & arrange activities related to equipment maintenance to enhance Asset & Plant Accessibility, Plant Availability & Competence in supporting site production supplies.
- Coordinate and liaise with Procurement & Warehouse departments to rebuild spare equipment through external suppliers.
- Ensure KPI are captured & reported for Equipment Reliability, Maintenance Department Performance & Maintenance Planning business flow process.
- Provide assistance to Engineering for spare parts preparation & PM lists for new equipment.
- Provide technical assistance for supporting the entire on-site Maintenance activity.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- **
- Minimum 5 - 8 years of working experience in Industrial Manufacturing or equivalent fields.
- Proficient in Engineering Software programs such as SAP, On-Key, Project, etc.
- Excellent verbal & written English/Communication skills.
- Excellent leadership & organizational skills.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to interpret an intensive variety of Technical instructions in Mathematical or Diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
- Ability to work with Mathematical concepts such as Probability & Statistical inference and fundamentals of Engineering & Maintenance analysis.
- Can start work immediately with minimum supervision.
