**Job Description**:
**AirAsia X** is hiring a dynamic, detailed, analytical **Executive, Technical Services **to join our exciting team. The **Executive, Technical Services** will administer airplane configuration and specification resulting from engineering activities by the department such as sentencing of continuing airworthiness data, modification, and repair.

**Accountabilities**
- ** Assist TSE to manage all continuing airworthiness data for review by relevant Technical Services Engineer.**
- ** Plan Modification Evaluation Meeting and responsible as a secretary in the meeting.**
- ** Plan Maintenance **Programme** Meeting and responsible as a secretary in the meeting.**
- ** Control register of technical documents issued by Technical Services Section and uploaded into a repository within a short period of time.**
- ** Ensure all technical documents issued by Technical Services Section being kept are well identified if superseded or cancelled.**
- ** Ensure all technical documents issued by Technical Services Section meet the requirements of the department’s document control system.**
- ** Monitor the feedback of Engineering Instruction (EI) received from other departments and ensure they are addressed accordingly.**
- ** Compile and update the Manhour Planning whenever necessary.**

**Experience and Qualifications required**
- ** Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and any fields that related to the role**
- ** At least 1 year of experience in relevant/similar positions**
- ** Good command of English communication both written and spoken.**
- ** Ability to maintain confidentiality for sensitive departmental issues.**
- ** Aptitude for working with computers**
- ** Good interpersonal skills**
- ** Good interpersonal skills with a great team player mindset and service-minded.**
