**About the role**

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Telemarketing professional to join our dynamic team at Primiertel Sdn Bhd. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for outbound sales calls, engaging with potential customers and closing deals to contribute to the company's growth. This is a full-time position based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

**What you'll be doing**
- Making outbound sales calls to prospective customers
- Identifying customer needs and recommending the most suitable products or services
- Effectively communicating the features and benefits of our offerings
- Negotiating and closing sales deals
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Providing excellent customer service and building long-term relationships
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

**What we're looking for**
- Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in a call centre or telemarketing environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence customers
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- A driven and competitive mindset with the ability to work well in a team
- Proficiency in handling customer queries and providing high-quality customer service
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
