**Responsibilities**:

- To provide the Faculty with academic leadership, to encourage excellence in teaching and research,
- To represent the Faculty to the University and promote the development of the Faculty and of its staff;
- To manage its activities through the most effective and cost-efficient use of its resources, within the framework of the University’s Strategic Plan and policies.

**Requirements**:

- Must be a PhD holder in Accountancy / Business Studies / Administration / Management / Economics / Human Resource Management / Marketing with professional certificate (ACCA, CPA or CIMA) or equivalent.
- At least 10 year(s) of relevant academic experience in higher education.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with strong command in written and spoken English.
- Experience of leading a substantial organization, team or group.
- Possesses initiative, the ability to think independently and a passion for academic excellence.

**Faculty**

Faculty of Business, Hospitality and Humanities consist of the following School:

- School of Accounting and Finance (1 Head + 9 staffs)
- School of Management and Marketing (1 Head + 13 staffs)
- School of Hospitality and Tourism (1 Head + 6 staffs)
- School of Humanities and Social Studies (1 Head + 6 staffs)
- School of Foundation Studies (1Head)
- Graduate School of Business (1 Head + 1 staff)

**Salary**: Up to RM15,000.00 per month
