Responsibilities:

- Lead and coordinate a team of production/warehouse staff operators in achieving production's schedule and ensure product quality
- To assist the Production/Warehouse Manager in monitoring and controlling the overall production performance and operating budget.
- Prepare daily and weekly production report such as input, output and production parameter report and assist in preparing production performance report.
- Ensure stable flow of production activities and oversee the production section, production scheduling, production control, inventory and output
- Close monitoring of operators for full adherence to standard operating procedure.
- Responsible for the operators discipline, training, attendance as well as plan their working shift schedules and good housekeeping.
- Ensure that manpower is properly utilized and controlled to minimize bottleneck in the production lines through constant monitoring and working schedule.
- To manage daily production to ensure productivity goals are met, production schedules are attained, downtime of equipment is minimized and safety goals are achieved.
- To maintain 5S housekeeping of the production area and organize workplace accordingly.
- Manage the performance, motivation and satisfaction of the production team and process to ensure key quality, out and efficiency are met.
- Carry out lean activities as planned and benchmark all good practices to be implemented into production line.
- Monitor and supervise the production operators, materials handlers and line leaders in achieving high quantity and quality output through conducting training with periodic follow up and reviewing their work performance.
- Familiar with SAP system, do inventory and tagging

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
