**Job requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 3-5 years of product experience, and at least leading the successful implementation of one or more products.
2. Experience in video or voice live streaming social products is required.
3. Familiar with the process of Internet product implementation, including market analysis, requirements analysis, product feature design, business process design, interface design, user research, and usability testing, etc..
4. Sensitive to product and operations, clear and organized thinking; sensitive to data, good at discovering and solving problems.
5. Proficient in the use of tools such as Axure and Xmind.
6. Have good communication skills, thinking analysis and organizational ability, and team cooperation ability, and able to do cross-department cooperation with relevant departments.
7.Proficiency in Mandarin and English.

**Job responsibilities.**
1. User demand research and analysis of user usage behavior, formulation of product development direction and plan.
2. Early stage planning of the product, determining product functionality, processes, user experience, and backend solutions, drawing product prototype, and writing related requirement documents.
3. Coordinate the technical team and project management, track daily progress to ensure that the product features and interactions meet the requirements of the product requirements document.
4. In process analysis and product planning, identify potential and improvement opportunities, propose executable optimization strategies, and establish relevant process documents and knowledge base.
5. With the product as the core driver, efficiently promote and coordinate close collaboration between departments such as UI, technology, testing, and operations to ensure timely and high-quality product launches.
6. Responsible for and assisting with the improvement of products after they go live, tracking bugs, collecting improvement suggestions, and providing improvement plans.
7. Iterative updates for the product, monitoring, statistics, and analysis of product operational data, collecting user feedback, modifying product business logic, improving user experience, optimizing various operational processes, and ultimately creating an iterative plan for the product.
8. All matters related to improving product user satisfaction and optimizing user experience.

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
