Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation. Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes. Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records. Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately. Provides clerical support to the HR department. Conducts or assists with new hire orientation. Performs other duties as assigned.
One Medicare Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated on 5th October 2012. One Medicare Sdn. Bhd. (OMSB) was awarded the Hospital Support Service provider for the state of Sarawak since its inception on 1st April 2015. The six (6) services that are provided by OMSB are Facilities Management Services (FMS), Facility Engineering Maintenance Services (FEMS), Biomedical Engineering Maintenance Services (BEMS), Linen and Laundry Services (LLS), Healthcare Waste Management Services (HWMS) and Cleansing Services (CLS).
