Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented **Soft Services Supervisor** to manage daily cleaning, hygiene, and pest control operations within a building compound. The role involves supervising vendor personnel, ensuring contract compliance, and maintaining service quality in accordance with client expectations and facility standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day cleaning operations and related tasks
- Supervise activities of cleaning, pest control, and hygiene vendor personnel
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure work meets contract specifications and standards
- Monitor all cleaning tasks are completed according to the approved daily schedule
- Provide in-house training for cleaning staff, focusing on safety, quality, and scope of work
- Ensure all scope of work under building management services is fully implemented
- Address and resolve complaints from clients and building occupants within the time specified in the service agreement
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior or company from time to time

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in soft services, facility maintenance, or related field
- Strong supervisory and communication skills
- Able to manage vendor teams and ensure task completion to required standards
- Familiarity with cleaning SOPs, quality assurance methods, and workplace safety practices
- Ability to conduct training and evaluate performance
- **Certificate in Cleaning Operations or relevant training certified by Malaysian Standards (advantageous)**:

- Good problem-solving and client handling skills
- Proficient in basic reporting and documentation
