Our Restaurant & Bar Division is home to concept-driven outlets with strong brand identity and loyal followings, including Amazonas, Kenny Hills Bistro, and Flour, Fire & Stone.We are seeking a creative and highly organised Content & Campaign Manager to lead the development of compelling storytelling, strategic content creation, and impactful campaign planning across our venues

As the Content & Campaign Manager, you’ll play a key role in developing and executing marketing campaigns and branded content for our Restaurant & Bar Division. You’ll work closely with the marketing team, outlet managers, chefs, and external partners to craft engaging content, oversee creative direction, and manage campaign rollouts - both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, create and manage content for social media, website, and in-store collaterals.
- Lead and execute monthly marketing campaigns and promotional calendars across outlets.
- Collaborate with photographers, designers, and videographers to develop branded visuals.
- Maintain brand voice and aesthetic across all content channels.
- Monitor content performance and provide insights or adjustments based on analytics.
- Work with operations and culinary teams to ensure promotions and messages are aligned with business goals.
- Assist in developing marketing decks, presentations, and reports.
- Coordinate with press, influencers, and media partners where relevant.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years experience in content creation, marketing, or design-related roles (F&B or lifestyle brands is a must).
- Strong eye for aesthetics and understanding of design principles.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
- Social media-savvy and updated on digital trends.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic photography/videography or ability to direct shoots.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
