**Responsibilities**
- Monitor product quality performance & responsible for quality inspection activities (incoming, in-process, finish goods).
- Work closely with all Quality teams to meet quality objectives and goals.
- Responsible for the quality traceability from production to shipment.
- Responsible for the investigation and handling of external and internal quality issues and feedback as required
- Prepare and review all quality inspections report and feedback if there is any abnormality.
- To provide on job training to new inspectors from time to time, ensure support subordinates to carry out their work in compliance with the production and management system.
- Continuously implementing quality, productivity and efficiency improvement.
- To optimize the arrangement of manpower within the section for effectively of the operation.
- Responsible for the 5S management of the company
- To inform QA Engineer/Manager immediately on any product issues arising.
- To carry out other duties and tasks as directed by the superior in line with competencies and activities associated with the position and department.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably, Senior Executive specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
- Working knowledge in an electronic manufacturing/production role SMT, Soldering and Assembly experience
- Able to work in shift.
