JOB DESCRIPTIONS: ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
- To review, prepare payment voucher & verify invoices/bills of company.
- Handle company’s monthly payments in accordance with approved procedures and agreed credit terms.
- Liaise with Banker, Company Secretary, Auditor, Tax Agent on banking and financial matters.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintain systematic filing system of the Company’s day to day accounting transactions.
- Maintaining daily bank balance register, bank reconciliation, sales register, submission of SST returns, collect bank statements and issuance of cheque.
- Monitor and review reconciliation on regular basis.
- Oversee overall Accounts process, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of invoices.
- Manage customer inquiries, requests and feedback.
- Perform any other duties and ad-hoc tasks
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
- Detailed with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive and able to meet tight deadline.
- Ability to work independently, multitask & self-motivated with a positive outlook.
- Fluent in English and Malay.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
