Warehouse Assistant Supervisor/supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure delivery and shipping schedules are met accurately and on time.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments, sales and marketing

teams, customers, and logistics providers.
- Process delivery orders, arrange for local and export order preparations, and schedule

delivery and pickup dates with logistics partners and customers.
- Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation, including Delivery Notes (DO), PreDelivery Inspection (PDI) checklists, and other relevant documents.
- Update and maintain warehouse inventory records by processing data for daily incoming and outgoing goods to ensure stock level accuracy.
- Coordinate and participate in monthly cycle counts and annual stocktake activities.
- Identify and report workplace safety hazards in a timely manner.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety management standards.
- Generate barcodes for goods and manage all warehouse-related documentation, including DOs, Goods Received Notes (GRNs), stock transfer forms, and filing records.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration is an added

advantage.
- Relevant experience in warehouse or manufacturing administration is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in basic

English is an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
