**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Our Client is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that provides innovative and efficient solutions to clients across various industries. With a commitment to excellence, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality services that drive operational success for our clients.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- **Procurement Process Management**:Oversee the entire Procure to Pay process, including requisition, sourcing, purchasing, and payment.Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
- **Vendor Management**:Collaborate with vendors to negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions.Evaluate vendor performance and manage relationships to ensure quality and reliability.
- **Purchase Order Processing**:Supervise the creation and processing of purchase orders.
Verify purchase requisitions for accuracy and completeness.
- **Invoice Processing and Payment**:Manage the invoice verification and approval process.
Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- **Budget Compliance**:Work closely with budget owners to ensure procurement activities align with budgetary constraints.Monitor and report on budget compliance and variances.
- **Process Improvement**:Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the Procure to Pay function.Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- **Compliance and Risk Management**:Stay updated on regulatory requirements and industry best practices.Implement and enforce procurement policies to mitigate risks.
**Qualifications**
- Finance Graduate with 3-5 years of experience in Invoice processing process
- Knowelge of other accounts payable such as Payments, GR/IR, P2P Closing
- Experience with SAP or S/4HANA is an added advantage
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
