**1. Delivery**
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints and goods delivery matters promptly and efficiently.
- Carry out & execute daily/ weekly/ monthly/ yearly duty efficiently as assigned by immediate superior according to company expectations.
- Able to provide report on a timely basis for the tasks given by the superior.
- Track work progress from time to time and make sure that due dates are fulfilled.
- Prepare necessary items assigned by immediate superior to support BSH’s internal Unit/ Section/ Department/ Division’s request according to unit function responsibility.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**2. Operation**
- Establish and maintain good relationship with dealers, suppliers and vendors, following the rules and regulations set by the company.
- Monitor dealers’ financial situation and follow up for on time payment for due standing amount.
- Communicate actively with other Unit/ Section/ Department/ Division members to enhance BSH operations’ efficiency through cross functional activities.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- To undertake any other projects, tasks & duties assigned by superior from time to time.

**3. Tactical**
- Manage project, negotiate pricing, terms and delivery schedule with suppliers, make sure to fulfill the timeline of the planned schedule.
- Increase, retain & ensure satisfaction of internal and external customer towards Honda services & brand by conducting and implementing excellent customer service support.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM3,100.00 per month
