Job description
1. To conduct the orientation program for new employees.
2. To laise with other department to implement and manage the on-the-job training (OJT) program for all shop-floor employees including TNA.
3. Responsible and for conducting the re-certification process for shop-floor employees.
4. To update training attendance, training evaluation and completion records into the training records and skills matrix.
5. To support OJT program for new hire employee.
6. To source for courses to suit Training Needs required.
7. To source and coordinate with Internal/External trainer as and when required.
8. To update and manage Yearly Training Plan frequently for each year.
9. To coordinate with Internal/External Auditor during audit.
10. To carry out task as per assign by Department Head as and when required
**Job Types**: Part-time, Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months
**Salary**: RM600.00 per month
