**JOB VACANCY FOR MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (PROPERTY MANAGEMENT)**

- Perform a variety in the maintenance and repair of general building and ground at various facilities/ sites including carpentry, electrical, plumbing and painting task.
- Melakukan kepelbagaian dalam penyelenggaraan dan pembaikan bangunan/ pembaikan am di pelbagai kemudahan/ tapak termasuk kerja pertukangan, elektrik, paip dan mengecat. _

- To perform maintenance and repair services.
- Melaksanakan perkhidmatan penyelenggaraan dan pembaikan._
- To do daily technical inspection rounds and checks on the proper functioning of installations.
- Melakukan pemeriksaan teknikal setiap hari dan memeriksa fungsi pemasangan dengan betul. _
- Conduct corrective services and repair/ restoration works where and when necessary.
- Menjalankan perkhidmatan pembetulan, pembaikan dan pemulihan di mana dan apabila perlu. _
- Perform general maintenance works.
- Melakukan kerja-kerja penyelenggaraan am. _
- Operates and perform periodical checks on the maintenance equipment, water pressure, generator set etc.
- Mengendalikan dan melakukan pemeriksaan berkala pada peralatan penyelenggaraan. tekanan air, set penjana dan lain-lain. _
- Any other duties that may be assigned from management from time to time. ** _ _
- Sebarang tugas lain yang mungkin diperlukan daripada pihak pengurusan dari semasa ke semasa. _

- Requirements and skills *
- Minimum SPM _(Minimum SPM)_
- Minimum 3 years’ experience (Minimum 3 tahun pengelaman)
- Responsible, reliable, independent and has sense of urgency _(Bertanggungjawab, boleh dipercayai dan menganggap pekerjaan adalah satu keutamaan) _
- Honest, efficient and professional at all the times _(Jujur, cekap dan bersikap professional pada setiap masa) _
- Able to carry out multitask and work independently with minimum supervision _(Mampu menjalankan pernagai tugas dan bekerjasa secara bebas dengan pengawasan yang minimum)_
- With skills in plumbing, air-cond service and troubleshooting, wiring and electrical basic carpentry is an advantage _(Mempunyai kemahiran dalam pembaikanpaip, servis penghawa dingin pendawaian dan pertukangan asa elektrik adalah satu kelebihan._
- Understand and follow company policies and procedure _(Memahami dan mematuhi polisi dan pertauran syarikat)_
- Immediate hiring _(Pengambilan segera)_
