**About the Role**
Responsible for all office purchases and some of the tenancy task
**Job Descriptions**:
- Ensure the proper implementation of purchasing procedure and maintenance of the records.
- Prepare purchase order
- Administration of purchase requisition, quotation, price comparison, purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices, supplier lists and supplier profiles.
- Ensure supplier consistently deliver on time with high quality of products / services
- Manage the sourcing of new supply bases for competitive pricing, quality and reliable products
- Liaison with purchase requesters and suppliers in the purchasing processes.
- Direct involvement in the leasing agreement, preparing, and documentation.
- Responsible to check balance sheet of leasing payment and rent between landlord and tenant.
- Responsible toward any admin tasks and ad-hoc tasks.
**Job Requirements**:
- Required skill(s): MS Office
- Good interpersonal skill
- Full time position(s) available
- Able to work immediately will be an added advantages
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
