**Job Overview**:
As the Assistant Human Resource Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR department's functions and initiatives. You will work closely with the HR Manager and other team members to ensure the effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support in organizing training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with managers to address employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies.
- Assist in performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
- Help manage benefits administration and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Contribute to HR projects such as policy updates, employee engagement initiatives, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
- Set up and prepare payroll on time, ensure accurate calculation of wages and adherence to payroll calendar.
- Register for statutory accounts and ensure on time contributions to government-mandated funds.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree / diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in HR roles, with a proven track record of handling HR functions effectively.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint.

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
