Otis is growing and is looking for a Warehouse Executive located in Klang Valley.

Your priority is to ensure the safety of passengers and technical stakeholders by safely maintaining a portfolio of elevator and escalator units.

Job Description:
- Overseeing inventory (Receiving).
- Checking parts received.
- Placing received part to respective bins.
- Raising GRN (Goods Receipt Note).- Implementing store policies and guidelines.- Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency (Housekeeping).- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Warehouse Manager for restocking.- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards.- Handle supplier / sub-contractor inquiries, complaints, and ensure prompt resolution.- To monitor, record & feedback updates on outgoing shipment status with transporter for Klang Valley and Nationwide delivery.

Requirements:
- Able to use Forklift / Lift Truck. If not, training will be provided.- Maintaining accurate records.- Good Communication and interpersonal abilities.- Fast Learner and willing to learn.- Must be PC savvy, Microsoft word & excel knowledge is a must.
