**Job Descriptions**:

- Maintain and responsible for daily end-users support in PCs, printers and software related issues in order to ensure smooth daily business operation.
- Liaise with Vendor/Supplier for the related software/hardware issues.
- Inventory and software licensing in order to keep track of hardware inventory and ensure compliance with legal software requirements.
- Maintain and troubleshoot backup processes. Take pro active measures and corrective actions for system backup, database backup and file backup.
- Manage the server room and system administration
- Manage the company LAN, WAN network, firewall and routers.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years working experience with Windows Server 2018 and above, active directory administration, operations and implementation.
- Working knowledge in Palo Alto firewall and HP Core switches.
- Possess good analytical thinking and technical skills with ability to perform Windows environment troubleshooting and support.
- Possess excellent communication skills and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Knowledge in CenTOS, AliCloud would be an advantage.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
