**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Arrange all company postage and courier requests.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Maintain contact lists.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and complete given tasks from seniors.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant and able to handle lots of paperwork, virtual assistant or office admin assistant.
- Able to adapt easily and can be a team player committed to the given task.
- Willing and eager to learn new skills to enhance work performance.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Excel in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Good time management skills, punctual and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
- Strong English language command will be advantageous.
