Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage the landscape project process from submission to execution.
Develop creative solution on site-specific landscape issues for a mixed-use development project.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure design alignment and project goals.
Prepare detailed drawings, planting plans, material specifications, and construction documents.
Oversee on-site implementation and ensure design integrity through to completion.

**Requirements**:
Degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
Proven ability to independently manage large-scale landscape projects.
Strong design, visualization, and technical drawing skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools.
Excellent communication and project coordination abilities.
