**Job Responsibilities & Duties**
- Offering friendly and efficient service, attending to customers’ enquiries
- Explaining the concept to guests, and awareness on the tea menu and related topics
- Preparation and serving of food and drinks
- Setting up and clearing down of operations
- Receiving and checking of inventory and perishables
- Having clear communication within the team members for each shift, so that instructions are passed on correctly
- Reporting to outlet manager

**Requirements**:

- Experience and interest in F&B
- **Passion for tea**, including acquiring and sharing of tea knowledge, will be beneficial
- Able to **work weekends & public holidays**:

- Skills & Abilities:

- **Well-groomed**with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to converse in English
- Proactive and reliable, able to adapt and learn quickly
- Ability to withstand stress and work well under pressure
