We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Intermediate/ senior Draughtsman to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you’ll have the chance to work on exciting projects and transform innovative designs into reality.

Job Responsibilities:
1. To carry out CAD works according to standards and guidelines of the office.

2. Must possess knowledge and experience in architectural drafting.

3. To ensure work schedules and deadlines established are adhere.

4. Responsible for the development and updating of technical drawings of the plan.

5. To work closely with the Project Team to ensure that drawings are correct, meet the authority requirements, and maintain the drawing and design standards.

6. To perform and assist in preparation and documentation of tender and construction drawings for all projects assigned.

7. Any other duties as when assigned from time to time by the Team Leader/ Management Job

**Requirements**:
2. Preferable with 3 years of experience in architectural drafting.
3. Required Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit); and SketchUp, knowledge in BIM is an added advantage.
4. Fluent in spoken and written Malay and English (Mandarin/Cantonese will be a bonus)
5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Good understanding of architectural design principles and construction techniques.
7. Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
8. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
9. Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
10. Must be committed and able to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines and milestones.
11. Must possess own car or motorcycle.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
