iPainterDIY, a leading home décor and enhancement brand with 6 retail branches across West Malaysia, is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities.

We’re looking for someone hands-on, organized, and responsible — a team leader who can manage stock movement, ensure accurate inventory, supervise loading/unloading activities, and maintain smooth warehouse operations to support our growing business.

Job Discriptions:

- Supervise and coordinate the work of warehouse personnel, including pickers and loaders, to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely
- Oversee the receiving, storage, and shipping of inventory, maintaining accurate records and monitoring stock levels
- Involve in daily stock movement - goods receiving from suppliers, data entry of invoices into inventory system, inter-branch transfer, filing of warehousing related documents & etc.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels to meet production and customer demands
- Collaborate with other departments, such as production, logistics and procurement, to align warehouse operations with the overall business objectives
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Manage warehouse documentation, reports, and inventory records using relevant systems
- Ensure proper handling and storage of all materials to prevent damage or loss

Job Requirements:

- Minimum of SPM; diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is an advantage
- At least 3 years of working experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Physically fit and able to manage manual handling tasks
- Forklift license (optional but preferred)

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
