We are looking for a Team Captain for our team here in Take a Bow, The Sphere Bangsar South

What you will do:

- Ensure quality customer service to our customers by being friendly and engaging
- Be able to communicate well with both customers and your team members
- Have good knowledge of the menu and standards of presentation, and ensure standards are maintained consistently
- Maintain the cleanliness and physical operations of the café
- Serving food and beverages to the customers
- Record transactions/ orders in POS systems
- Setting tables appropriately
- Training fellow team members on maintenance of good customer service and proper etiquette of serving
- Ensure proper SOPs are being followed consistently by all team members
- Regularly conduct stock-checks
- Preparing beverages and plating desserts/ pastries for the customers

We are looking for someone with:

- A good sense of responsibility and work ethics
- Good communicator
- between customers, team members, and management
- Willingness to learn
- Relatively high EQ
- Passion for the industry
- Positive and friendly, or even having a great sense of humor
- Great taste of music is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,400.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
