As an E-Commerce Product Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our e-commerce team, focusing on the product experience to ensure our customers find exactly what they need. Your responsibilities will include:
**What you'll be doing**:

- Monitor, maintain and grow our product (sofa template) library.
- Research our industry/niche to identify products and services that our customers need and desire.
- Monitor and track product requests, ensuring that all customers can find their products.
- Source and purchase brand specific sofa covers worldwide, and work with shipping and fulfilment teams to ensure delivery of these products.
- Work with 3D, Production, and Customer Experience teams to create and upload new Product Pages.
- Maintain a live product page (copy, pricing, images, product info) and updating.
- Become a product expert and join Customer Experience teams for video/phone calls with customers to walk through product measurements and product information.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop product messaging and positioning that effectively communicates the product's value proposition to customers
- Identify problematic areas from customer feedback and work alongside Customer Experience, Production and R&D to find solutions
- Gather product data, customer feedback, competitor research and consumer trends.
- Reorganise product information, including auditing and data entry.
- Fix product codes and create production databases and Quality Control training information packs
- Review operation processes and information, anticipate issues and opportunities and drive improvement initiatives
- Improve competency of products and customer support teams via internal competency-based training
- Any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Minimum 1 year related work experience
- Experience working on projects with multiple stakeholders
- Good ability to document and standardise processes.
- Project management experience is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
